Cakes R Us
I plan to take mine to my son’s house for Christmas lunch. I don’t know if I’ll let them eat it; we may just have to look and admire.
We have had a lot of fun decorating the cakes and are considering continuing next term, especially now we have purchased such a lot of equipment.
Like many hobbies it is expensive but the right tools are essential for a professional look.

I love the ones that look like hats – the ones that have the rim around the bottom
I’d put in an order if you could do mud cake or something – not a fan of Xmas cake
Great work ladies!!!!
White and chocolate mud cakes are next on our list and different icing techniques. The more traditional styles, roses and lilies etc for wedding cakes were taught first and we’re looking forward to more modern ideas for mudcakes, sponges and pattycakes which will be fun, if we continue.
so, are you catering for any staff Christmas functions?
Rosemary, your cakes are fantastic. I don’t think I would let them eat it, if I had produced something so beautiful
these are too pretty to eat – well done
